Justin Bieber Rajin Fitness

"(Justin) suka lari berkeliling dengan bertelanjang dada sepanjang waktu," kata sutradara Justin Bieber: My Private World, Jon Chu kepada Us Weekly.

John Mayer's HALF OF MY HEART. Love this song!!! n__n

This is an old song, actually, but I still love this song. it really is touching right to my heart. here it the MV:

Lyric:

was born in the arms of imaginary friends
Free to roam, made a home out of everywhere I've been
Then you come crashing in, like the realest thing
Trying my best to understand all that your love can bring

Oh half of my heart's got a grip on the situation
Half of my heart takes time
Half of my heart's got a right mind to tell you
That I can't keep loving you
Oh, with half of my heart

I was made to believe i'd never love somebody else
I made a plan, stay the man who can only love himself
Lonely was the song I sang, 'til the day you came
Showing me a better way and all that my love can bring

Oh half of my heart's got a grip on the situation
Half of my heart takes time
Half of my heart's got a right mind to tell you
That I can't keep loving you
Oh, with half of my heart
With half of my heart

Your faith is strong

But I can only fall short for so long
Time will hold, later on
You will hate that I never gave more to you than half of my heart
But I can't stop loving you
But I can't stop loving you
But I can't stop loving you with half of my...

Half of my heart
Half of my heart

Half of my heart's got a real good imagination
Half of my heart's got you
Half of my heart's got a right mind to tell you
That half of my heart won't do

Half of my heart is a shotgun wedding to a bride with a paper ring
And half of my heart is the part of a man who's never really loved anything

Half of my heart
Half of my heart
Half of my heart
Half of my heart
Half of my heart
Half of my heart

Lyric: Rihanna - Written in The Stars

from the moment of our inception
yeah we were destined
to be together (together)
two planets on a cosmic collision
yeah were on a mission
to last forever

(chorus)
and so gravity took hold
and it's never letting me go
like a tractor beam
to infinity lost sense of all control

and our love is written in the stars
already written in the stars
if i'm from venus you're from mars
our love is written in the stars

uh, oh, eh, eh
eh, uh, oh

i see your name spelled out in the sky
lighting the night like a constellation
now let's be touch ( go for a ride)
the speed of light a supernova sensation

(chorus)
and so gravity took hold
and it's never letting me go
like a tractor beam
to infinity lost sense of all control

and our love is written in the stars
already written in the stars
if i'm from venus you're from mars
our love is written in the stars

uh, oh, eh, eh, eh, uh, oh
it's written in the stars, oh
eh, eh, yeah, yeah, eh, eh

i need your forcefields
i gotta keep it real
to keep me from burning (burning oh)
don't want to drift away
floating in outer space
there's no way i'm returning oh

and our love is written in the stars
already written in the stars
if i'm from venus you're from mars
our love is written in the stars

and our love is written in the stars
already written in the stars
if i'm from venus you're from mars
our love is written in the stars

oh, oh, eh, eh, eh, it's written in the stars
oh, oh, eh, eh, it's written in the stars

Japan rushes to repair pumps to stop radiation leaks

TOKYO (Reuters) – Exhausted engineers attached a power cable to the outside of Japan's tsunami-crippled nuclear plant on Saturday in a desperate attempt to get water pumps going that would cool down overheated fuel rods and prevent the deadly spread of radiation.
Even one bit of good news was quickly dashed, adding to the growing despondency. Media reports said that a young man had been pulled alive from the rubble eight days after the quake and tsunami had ripped through northeast Japan and triggered the nuclear crisis.
It turned out that the man been in an evacuation center and had simply returned to his ruined home, where he lay down alone in a blanket.
Prime Minister Naoto Kan, who has called the crisis the biggest to hit Japan since World War Two, sounded out the opposition about forming a government of national unity to deal with a crisis that has shattered Japan and sent a shock through global financial markets, with major economies joining forces to calm the Japanese yen.
Further cabling was under way before an attempt to restart water pumps needed to cool overheated nuclear fuel rods at the six-reactor Fukushima plant in northeastern Japan, 240 km (150 miles) north of Tokyo and prevent more radiation leaks.
Officials expect to have power from outside drawn to No. 2 reactor first. Then they will test the pump and systems to see if they can be started.
Working inside a 20-km (12-mile) evacuation zone at Fukushima, nearly 300 engineers got a second diesel generator attached to No. 6 working, the nuclear safety agency said. They used the power to restart cooling pumps on No. 5. Reactor No. 6 was drawing power from a second diesel generator.
"TEPCO has connected the external transmission line with the receiving point of the plant and confirmed that electricity can be supplied," the plant's operator, Tokyo Electric Power Co, said in a statement.
Nearly 1.5 km (a mile) of cable is being laid before engineers try to crank up the coolers at reactor No.2, followed by numbers 1, 3 and 4 this weekend, company officials said.
"If they are successful in getting the cooling infrastructure up and running, that will be a significant step forward in establishing stability," said Eric Moore, a nuclear power expert at U.S.-based FocalPoint Consulting Group.
If that fails, one option is to bury the sprawling 40-year-old plant in sand and concrete to prevent a catastrophic radiation release. The method was used to the Chernobyl reactor in 1986, scene of the world's worst nuclear reactor disaster.
Underlining authorities' desperation, fire trucks sprayed water overnight in a crude tactic to cool reactor No.3, considered the most critical because of its use of mixed oxides, or mox, containing both uranium and highly toxic plutonium.
Japan has raised the severity rating of the nuclear crisis to level 5 from 4 on the seven-level INES international scale, putting it on a par with the Three Mile Island accident in Pennsylvania in 1979. Some experts say it is more serious.
Chernobyl, in Ukraine, was a 7 on that scale.
HUMANITARIAN EFFORT
The operation to avert large-scale radiation has overshadowed the humanitarian aftermath of the 9.0-magnitude quake and 10-meter (33-foot) tsunami that struck on March 11.
Nearly 7,000 people have been confirmed killed in the double natural disaster, which turned whole towns into waterlogged and debris-shrouded wastelands.
Another 10,700 people are missing, many feared dead.
Some 390,000 people, many elderly, are homeless, living in shelters in near-freezing temperatures in northeastern coastal areas.
Food, water, medicine and heating fuel are in short supply and a Worm Moon, when the full moon is closest to Earth, could bring floods to devastated areas.
"Everything is gone, including money," said Tsukasa Sato, a 74-year-old barber with a heart condition, as he warmed his hands in front of a stove at a shelter for the homeless.
Health officials and the U.N. atomic watchdog have said radiation levels in the capital Tokyo were not harmful. But the city has seen an exodus of tourists, expatriates and many Japanese, who fear a blast of radioactive material.
"I'm leaving because my parents are terrified. I personally think this will turn out to be the biggest paper tiger the world has ever seen," said Luke Ridley, 23, from London as he sat at Narita international airport using his laptop.
Officials asked people in the 20 km "take cover" zone to follow some directives when going outside: Drive, don't walk. Wear a mask. Wear long sleeves. Don't go out in the rain.
Though there has been alarm around the world, experts say dangerous levels of radiation are unlikely to spread to other nations.
The U.S. government said "minuscule" amounts of radiation were detected in California consistent with a release from Japan's damaged facility, but there were no levels of concern.
Amid their distress, Japanese were took some heart from the 279 nuclear plant workers toiling in the wreckage, wearing masks, goggles and protective suits sealed by duct tape.
"My eyes well with tears at the thought of the work they are doing," Kazuya Aoki, a safety official at Japan's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, told Reuters.
G7 INTERVENTION FOR YEN
The Group of Seven rich nations succeeded in calming global financial markets in rare concerted intervention to restrain a soaring yen -- the first such joint intervention since the group came to the aid of the newly launched euro in 2000.
Japan's Nikkei share index recovered some lost ground by the end of a week which wiped $350 billion off market capitalization.
The government plans to provide up to 10 trillion yen ($127 billion) in cheap loans to help businesses get back on their feet. The plight of the homeless worsened following a cold snap that brought heavy snow to the worst-affected areas, the Nikkei daily reported.
But the immediate problems remained huge for many people. Nearly 290,000 households in the north still have no electricity and about 940,000 lack running water.
Aid groups say most victims are getting help, but there are pockets of acute suffering.
"We've seen children suffering with the cold, and lacking really basic items like food and clean water," Stephen McDonald of Save the Children said in a statement.

Amid uncertainty, allies prepare for no-fly zone

LONDON – The United States, France and Britain told Libya's leader Moammar Gadhafi to withdraw his troops from formerly rebel-held areas and halt any attacks on civilians there, as warplanes that could strike this north African country moved into the Mediterranean region.
President Barack Obama went even further, saying that if the Libyan leader did not stand down the United States would join other nations in launching military action against him.
Libya, meanwhile, said it stopped its military advance on rebel forces and invited monitors to observe the cease-fire.
The United States, Britain and France — backed by unspecified Arab countries — told Gadhafi in a statement late Friday that a cease-fire must begin "immediately," the French presidential palace said.
The statement called on Gadhafi to end his troops' advance toward the eastern city of Benghazi, and pull them out of Misrata, Adjadbiya and Zawiya. It also called for the restoration of water, electricity and gas services in all areas, saying Libya's population must be able to receive humanitarian aid.
"This is not negotiable," the statement said.
Officials announced that the leaders of Britain, France and Germany and the chiefs of the United Nations and Arab League would join other world leaders for an emergency summit on Libya in Paris Saturday.
France's ambassador to the United Nations, Gerard Araud, told BBC Newsnight that he expected military action to begin in Libya within hours of the Paris meeting.
In Tripoli, Libya's deputy foreign minister, Khaled Kaim, invited Germany, China, Turkey and Malta to send observers to monitor the cease-fire, which he said was holding. "The cease-fire for us means no military operations whatsoever, big or small," he told reporters.
British Prime Minister David Cameron, one of the most enthusiastic backers of a no-fly zone, said Britain would send Typhoon and Tornado fighter jets to air bases "in the coming hours" so they would be in position to stop Moammar Gadhafi's forces mounting air strikes against rebels based in the eastern city of Benghazi.
"The clock is ticking and we must be ready to act quickly," Cameron said, adding that Gadhafi must prove he was serious about a cease-fire to avoid military strikes.
The United States has a host of forces and ships in the region, including submarines, destroyers, amphibious assault and landing ships with some 400 Marines, but U.S. officials have not said what role American participation will take.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said the United States must see "action on the ground," not just words, on a cease-fire.
British defense analyst Charles Heyman said the Americans will have the bulk of the military responsibility.
"It's easy for the British and the French to talk a lot about it when they actually don't have all the right equipment to maintain a no-fly zone on their own," Heyman said.
Britain, France and NATO held emergency meetings Friday on using military force to enforce the no-fly zone, which was approved by U.N. Security Council on Thursday.
French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said "everything is ready" for action, but added that "we have to analyze the conditions of the cease-fire."
NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said NATO was "completing its planning to be ready to take appropriate action in support of the U.N. resolution as part of the broad international effort."
French government spokesman Francois Baroin would not comment on "where, how, what target, or in what form" air strikes against Libyan installations would come.
U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said "it is imperative that the international community continues to speak with one voice" on Libya.
As well as Britain and France, Denmark and Canada said they would supply fighter jets for the mission. Italy and Spain said they would make their air bases available.
Diplomats have said Arab countries likely to participate in possible strikes include Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan.
NATO surveillance AWACS planes flying off the Libyan coast are already providing 24-hour coverage of the situation in the air and on the battlefields. Analysts said no-fly zone aircraft would be flying from NATO bases such as in Sigonella, Sicily, Aviano in northern Italy, Istres in southern France, and Ventiseri-Solenzara in Corsica.
The North Atlantic Council, NATO's top decision-making body, decided Friday to speed up planning and will meet again in the next few days when plans are complete, an alliance spokeswoman said, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the delicacy of the situation.
Envoys said there was no discussion at the NATO meeting of any air strikes against targets in Libya.
Even as allies made plans for military intervention, Libya's cease-fire was forcing a reassessment of the situation.
"Along with our colleagues we're looking at the details of that," the EU's high representative for foreign affairs, Catherine Ashton, said of the cease-fire, adding that it was unclear what Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa's announcements in Tripoli meant in practice.
Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany — which abstained from the Security Council vote — said the international community would monitor closely to make sure the cease-fire announcement is not a ruse.
"The international community stands together and there are already encouraging reports that Gadhafi is reacting to the resolution," Merkel told reporters in Berlin.
There are also mixed messages about the ultimate ambition of a no-fly zone. Cameron insisted the aim is saving lives, not regime change, but Clinton said the goal remained to get rid of Gadhafi.
Oliver Miles, a former British ambassador to Libya, said getting rid of Gadhafi left "the question of what takes his place."
"What they (the Libyans) lack is any structures — Gadhafi has deliberately destroyed them," he said. "There is no civil society, there are no parties. "

Krisis Nuklir Jepang, Ini Panduan WHO Cegah Kanker

Berikut daftar rekomendasi utama WHO:

Young the Giant, Gregory Brothers Kick Off Billboard's SXSW Showcases

While Austin locals perfected their bank shots on the ground floor of Buffalo Billiards pool hall last night (Mar. 17), six buzzed-about rock bands packed the venue's upper level and kicked off Billboard's series of SXSW 2011 showcases.

California rock quintet Young the Giant proved themselves a worthy headliner and kept the capacity crowd enthralled with the sharp hooks and power-pop melodies from their eponymous debut album. Fans jammed along to recent singles like "My Body" and "Apartment" and fed off the boundless energy of frontman Sameer Gadhia, whose on-stage ADD found him wailing on drum cymbals with a tambourine when he wasn't teetering between multiple microphones.

There was no Auto-Tuning of the news for Brooklyn band the Gregory Brothers, who brought their YouTube-born smashes to a live stage sans vocal effects. Part comedy troupe, part music ensemble, the six-piece band closed out the night by tackling their biggest viral hits -- "Double Rainbow Song" and "Bed Intruder Song," most famously -- and taking satirical aim at plenty of pop culture targets, from Tiger Blood-boasting Charlie Sheen and Tea Partier Christine O'Donnell to Jimmy "The Rent Is Too Damn High" McMillan.

Earlier in the night, the enthusiastic crowd was treated to the sounds of London-based quartet the Boxer Rebellion, who warmed the room with the soaring songs from their third full-length album "The Cold Still," and Tennessee trio Royal Bangs, who cranked up the volume and banged out hi-decibel hits from their latest album "Flux Outside."

Rounding out the bill were Chicago's Gold Motel, the summery indie-pop project from Hush Sound singer Greta Morgan, and raucous Mississippi rock duo Bass Drum of Death, who graciously jumped on the lineup for a last-minute performance.

Billboard's series of SXSW nighttime showcases at Buffalo Billiards continues tonight (Mar. 17) with performances from MNDR, Oh Land, The KNUX and more.

This girl killed herself after her FATHER posted this message on her wall:

I was blogging when I got this message on my chat box: "OMG: This girl killed herself after her FATHER posted this message on her wall: bit.ly/h09PYX". So I clicked the link Then I got to this page.

I found the true story of it. Here it goes...

The True Story
Stories are swirling over a girl named Emma who allegedly committed suicide on Christmas eve, 2008, as the result of some Facebook status update messages aimed at her. The status update messages directed at “Emma” are indeed horrible (see image below), however, there is doubt that a girl named Emma actually committed suicide on Christmas eve, or at all, even though a Facebook fan page entitled “Teenager committed SUICIDE because of THIS status update - Leaked from 2008″ would have you think otherwise. However, the story does match quite closely the suicide of Phoebe Prince, which occurred this January.
The question of whether someone named Emma was on Facebook in 2008, and committed suicide as a result of Facebook messages to her, is raised by a relatively new Facebook fan page, entitled “Teenager committed SUICIDE because of THIS status update - Leaked from 2008″. The Facebook fan page was created, it claims, to raise awareness of cyberbullying and to put a stop to cyberbullying.
The page has an image of the alleged messages, with a strategic section crossed out, saying that you have to “BECOME A FAN TO SEE FULL PIC”.
(Our image below shows the full set of messages, with nothing crossed out.)
This is known as a “squeeze” in marketing parlance, however it’s rather unusual on a Facebook fan page (not unheard of, but unusual - especially for such a supposedly altruistic effort).

Here is the interesting bit: The page claims that this happened in 2008. However, if you look at the image, you can clearly see that two people “liked” the messages (gave them a Facebook thumbs-up).
Now, Facebook only rolled out the new “like” button a few weeks ago.
So, almost certainly this entire thing is a hoax.
In addition, if you search for any of the sentences shown in the image, Google finds nothing at all. That’s unheard of for Facebook status messages, which are indexed very quickly by Google. It’s possible that these were messages within private accounts, but if a girl named Emma had actually committed suicide over a year ago over these messages, you can be sure the messages would be posted somewhere that Google could find it.
This all adds up to the Facebook page claiming “Teenager committed SUICIDE because of THIS status update - Leaked from 2008″ being a hoax, at best, and a trap at worst. (On the other hand, the story of Phoebe Prince is all-too-real. Phoebe committed suicide this Janary after being tormented by several classmates, much of it on Facebook. Nine teens and juveniles are now facing charges for her death.)
What do we mean by trap?
Given the questionable nature of the page, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that this page will play on your heart strings to get you to click on the “join” link, only to download a Facebook virus to your computer.
Our advice? Avoid this page. If you want to do something about cyberbullying, check out sites like Stop Cyberbullying.org instead.

Bagaimana tanggapan jemaah Ahmadiyah?

Pintu Tol Semanggi 1 Segera Ditutup

Polda Metro Jakarta Raya mendesak operator jalan tol dalam kota Jakarta, PT Jasa Marga, segera menutup akses pintu tol Semanggi 1, Jakarta Pusat.
